Being the first special edition in CUTOUT's history, a specialized perfect binding is done along with the pages printed on a special paper - Vintage, giving the final outcome more impactful to its audience. What is more, there are also enhancements for the overall page layout in this Happy issue. Perhaps is also part of celebrating the upcoming 5th year anniversary of CUTOUT in 2014.
